The bright basement apartment is newly furnished, has a fitted kitchen, separate living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower and WC. A fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker/oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and various kitchen utensils are at your disposal. There is a TV and a CD player in the apartment. The bedroom is furnished with 2 beds, a closet, the living room with a sofa bed, a table and 4 chairs, a display cabinet, etc. For your leisure activities - such as hiking, skiing, cycling, swimming, fishing, thermal baths - the location of the apartment is ideal. Shopping facilities (café with bakery, butcher's shop and greengrocer's) and restaurants are nearby. Freiburg-Waltershofen is approx. 15 km from Freiburg city center. The university clinic / university are easily accessible, approx. 12 km away. There are numerous excursion destinations, such as the Tuniberg, Kaiserstuhl, Black Forest, Europa-Park in Rust, Alsace and Basel. By car, A5, Karlsruhe-Basel, exit Freiburg-Mitte/Umkirch.
